​MISSING THE “GOAL”

• Issue: Inappropriate Interactions. The AI-generated IEP goals included irrelevant boilerplate that didn’t match the student’s needs, reflecting the risk of an AI giving “incorrect content”.

• Human in the Loop: Ensure a human (the teacher) reviews and edits all AI-drafted IEP content to catch generic or off-target language.

• Risk Level: Medium. The misaligned goals could derail a student’s individualized plan if unchecked.
   

• Decision: Mitigate. Because the AI output was plainly incorrect for this student, we would not accept the error. We would introduce a stricter review process (human oversight) to ensure AI suggestions are vetted and only accurate goals are used.
